Ueli Rüger is the Global Director of Distribution & Logistics at On, the world’s fastest-growing sportswear brand. In this key role, he leads the expansion of the brand’s global omnichannel distribution network. By integrating strategic logistics planning with high-performance fulfillment and last-mile solutions, he drives the premium delivery standards essential to On’s rapid global growth. With over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry, his expertise is rooted in high-volume retail logistics with Lidl and foundational 3PL experience with Panalpina in Switzerland and the US. He holds a Master in Supply Chain & Operations Management from ZHAW.
