As vice president of Global Supply Chain Operations, Tonya MacAvock is responsible for Lexmark’s global planning and sourcing teams, including driving Lexmark’s global supply chain and sourcing strategies. Before assuming this role last year, Tonya served in roles across the company in R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, services, and global business services. She has worked in roles in the United States until relocating to Switzerland in 2005, working with teams all around the globe. Tonya is recognized for her strong leadership presence, strategic mindset, change management, and communication skills, and she has been passionate leader in the Women at Work employee resource group, expanding it from a US group to the full world.
