Roman Iselin

Roman serves as Vice President APAC at DePuy Synthes, bringing over 20 years of experience across Healthcare, Orthopaedics and MedTech. He leads regional strategy and operations with a focus on supply chain excellence, digital transformation and value‑based healthcare, having previously served as VP EMEA Regional Supply Chain. His career also includes commercial and business leadership roles across European markets, US and Latin America, where he delivered strategy, sales and business transformation to drive sustainable growth and expand market presence.

A Swiss national who has lived in five countries, he also advises start-ups and, outside of work, is a passionate horse rider and father of three.
