Ralf Polito

As Chief Operating Officer, Ralf Polito is heading the global supply chain of Wolford, which includes product development, planning, manufacturing and sourcing as well as logistics. Having a strong financial background, Ralf has his area of excellence transformation, restructuring of global organizations, including change management.

Before assuming this role, Ralf worked in various fashion companies such as Eterna, Triumph and Hugo Boss, where he served in various global finance and operations roles. Having worked in Germany, Switzerland, Thailand, India and Indonesia, Ralf has also developed high intercultural skills, which he is regularly applying when building up new supplier relationships all over the world. The main objective of his current role is to restructure the global manufacturing/sourcing blueprint of Wolford and reduce working capital.
