Radovan Simic

Radovan is a transformational leader with over 12 years of SCM and IT experience in various industries (Retail, Pharma, Consumer Goods and Agriculture). He is passionate about how new technologies drive business outcomes, and has been leading the Digital Transformation in SCM at Bayer for over 7 years. During that time, he has established strategies, operating models, governance and co-value-creation with various technologies & partners including but not limited to Hyperautomation. Radovan currently leads the Product Flow & Sustainability Team in SCM for Bayer Crop Science in EMEA, optimizing the Finished Good Product Flows and reducing the CO2 emissions (Scope 3). Radovan is a lecturer for Supply Chain Management & Sustainability at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) where he brings the fabulous world of SCM closer to our next generations. Radovan holds a Master of Science in Business Information Systems and lives in Basel, Switzerland.
