Marc Weissenfeld serves as SVP Global Head of Supply Chain for Bayer Consumer Health, based in Basel, Switzerland. In his current role, he leads the global end‑to‑end supply chain organization, overseeing demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, logistics, and digital transformation. He is a co‑architect of Bayer’s Dynamic Shared Ownership operating model within Product Supply, positioning the function as a strategic growth engine for the business.

Marc has been with Bayer for nearly a decade, holding senior leadership positions across regional and global supply chain and strategic transformation roles. Prior to joining Bayer, he spent more than 10 years with Procter & Gamble across Europe and in global roles in planning, manufacturing, logistics, customer operations, and business transformation.

With over 20 years of international experience spanning strategic and operational supply chain leadership, Marc has led major transformation programs, digital capability building, and performance turnarounds across diverse categories and markets. He holds a master’s degree in engineering and economics.
