Karine is a Supply Chain Operations Executive with over 25 years of experience in creating, transforming or optimizing global logistics, customer service, trade, and planning strategies and operations in the pharma & medical device sector.
She has had various roles in operating model transformations, in building and developing supply chain organizations, as well as applying Six Sigma & LEAN to identify and resolve pain points, design and standardize value-driven processes.
She is also an expert in steering mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, transforming supply chain organizations.
Karine is originally French, she has been living in Switzerland since 2000, which she and her family consider as home and has many passions, scuba diving being one of them.
