Ilker Yagci

Ilker Yagci serves as Vice President Group Supply Chain & Capabilities at Carlsberg Group, based in Zurich, Switzerland. In his current role, he leads the Group supply chain capabilities covering demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, strategic planning and network design, supply chain transformation, end to end operational excellence, data and analytics, and the logistics scope. His remit spans setting strategic direction, defining global standards and ways of working, and enabling transformation across Carlsberg’s regions and markets.

Ilker has been with Carlsberg for 10 years, holding leadership positions across Asia manufacturing operations, Europe planning operations, Group Manufacturing, Group Operational Excellence, and most recently Group Supply Chain functions. Prior to joining Carlsberg, he spent 11 years with PepsiCo in Turkey, Europe, and Russia in roles across shop floor operations, engineering, plant management, and regional operations leadership.

With 20 years of international experience across strategic and operational supply chain roles, Ilker has led major capability-building programmes, transformation initiatives, and end-to-end performance improvements across diverse markets and organisational structures.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.
