Federico Scotti di Uccio is a Supply Chain leader with over 20 years of experience driving transformation, innovation, and operational excellence across different industries and supply chain complexities. In his latest assignments, Federico has been accountable for Integrated Planning, S&OP, leading Supply Chain process management, forecasting, and implementing future Supply Chain capabilities.

His leadership is characterized by empowering high-performing global teams and promoting a culture of continuous improvement, learning, entrepreneurship, and value creation. Prior to Oriflame, Federico was accountable for Supply Chain process Management, S&OP, and capabilities at Hilti and Carlsberg group.

Federico holds a Master’s in corporate economics and Management and several post-graduation certifications in Lean, Operations, and Digital Supply Chain at IMD and MIT.
