Eladio has worked in Supply Chain related areas now for the past 30 years across 6 different countries. He started his career in manufacturing in Mexico, moving then to supply chain roles in multinationals in the Oil and Luxury good businesses. He joined Syngenta in 2004, were He started as Procurement Manager for the Latin America North role, progressing in supply chain roles with greater scope and accountability across the Organization at Regional and at Global levels, until his current role as Global Head of Supply Operations the Crop Protection Business of Syngenta, encompassing the areas of planning, logistics, risk management, quality, third party operations and Supply data.
Eladio’s role is largely based around the operations until delivery to the customer, drive efficiencies across operations using data and technology as well as identifying and driving new capabilities for the supply chain of the future. He also leads the Quality and Risk Management areas for the Production & Supply organization.
Eladio graduated from the ITESM University in Monterrey Mexico with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has Post Graduate degrees in management from the UTP in Panama & the University of San Diego
