Benjamin Ertl is the SVP Group Supply Chain at Sonepar, based in Zurich. He leads the development and execution of the Group’s global supply chain strategy with the mission of building the best omnichannel supply chain in B2B electrical distribution. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction through next day, on time in full delivery, he is driving performance, resilience, and sustainability across three key pillars: inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain collaboration.

Benjamin has been with Sonepar for almost 18 years, holding senior leadership roles across Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Throughout his career, he has led major transformation programs, applying his deep operational expertise, strategic mindset, and strong innovation orientation to deliver measurable performance improvements and drive sustainable, scalable changes across the organization.
