Aleksis Plamse

A seasoned finance and business transformation leader with over 25 years experience in Consumer Goods and B2B industries. Started his career at Procter & Gamble, after multiple Finance roles based across Belgium, Switzerland, Central & Eastern Europe, North Africa joined Wella in 2011 as Regional CFO for Global Distributor Markets division, then Managing Director of Global Distributor Markets division for OPI brand.

In his current role of Global Director FP&A Capability, Data & AI he is leveraging his deep finance, commercial and digital transformation expertise to implement Autonomous Finance and AI-enabled planning capabilities at Wella.
